Bobby Fonseca has been singing songs for as long as he can remember. He taught himself the guitar and bass and later the piano. As a 16-year-old, he appeared on a prime time, nationally televised show called "The Ted Mack Amateur Hour" in the Ed Sullivan Theatre on Broadway Dory Jones, a songwriter for Elvis, saw the group and gave Bobby his first glimpse inside a recording studio to record one of her songs.

Bobby sang and wrote original songs for a rock group that would perform at the Beacon Theatre on Broadway. After earning a degree in music, he decided to try out his skills on the road. Bobby toured Europe and the Caribbean Islands as the musical director for traveling show groups, cutting his teeth as a performer. He made use of his vocal harmony and musical director skills performing the Oldies circuit for the Drifters and the Marvelettes. He came off the road to work locally and help raise his daughter, during which time he honed his skills as a keyboard player.

For the last few years, Bobby has been pleasing audiences performing an Elton John Tribute show both in New York and Florida, including most of the fan favorite songs from the Farewell Tour.
